- Transfer the mixture in an air tight container and sprinkle rest half of the pistachio and cover the ice cream with cling film.
- Put the cover and freeze the ice cream for 8-9 hours or overnight. - After 8-9 hours ice cream will be fully set. Scoop it and garnish it with some more chopped pistachio.
