The dumplings are left to steam for a few minutes, resulting in a crispy bottom, soft top, and tender filling. As each side browns continually turn dumplings until all sides are brown and dumplings are light and fluffy.

  3. Add onion/mushroom/bacon mix to bowl of fried dumplings. Toss and stir to incorporate.
  4. Serve with red wine vinegar sprinkled over top and salt and pepper to taste.
