  5. Wrap with 2 pieces of bacon.
  6. Heat in glass pan for 45 minutes or till bacon is crispy on 375.
  7. Engage with a nice red wine blend. (optional)

Cover the slices with plastic wrap and lightly pound until thin. Baking jalapeño poppers: for a crispier jalapeno poppers, bake them on the top wire rack in the oven.
