Steps to make Duck Breast Spaghetti:
  1. Firstly boil the spaghetti till its perfect and drain them and let them to be room temperature.
  2. Marinate the duck breast by using the rice flour, pepper and honey. Let them in rest for 20-30 minutes. The purpose of the rice flour is to make the duck breast crisper.
  3. After resting the duck breast, pan fry them till they really tender using the olive oil; extra virgin.

  5. Add the heavy cream, lemon juice, parmesan cheese and thousand island sauce into the saute onions n garlics. Let them be really creamy and then add the salt.

Place duck breasts, skin side down, in a large, cold sauté pan. Place pan over low to medium-low heat. To keep the edges from curling up, press duck breasts down with the help of a smaller sauté pan.
