Hello everybody, it’s Drew, welcome to our recipe site. Today, I will show you a way to prepare a special dish, pavlova. It is one of my favorites. For mine, I’m gonna make it a bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Pavlova is one of the most popular of recent trending meals on earth. It’s simple, it is quick, it tastes yummy. It’s appreciated by millions every day. They’re fine and they look wonderful. Pavlova is something that I have loved my whole life.

Sprinkle the parchment paper with cornstarch to help the pavlova come off easily. If you want to sweeten the heavy whipping cream, you can sprinkle a little confectioners sugar in it. In order to help prevent cracking, the pavlova should be left in the oven to cool. Just turn it off and leave it in there for at least an hour.

To get started with this particular recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook pavlova using 5 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Pavlova:
  1. Take 150 gr egg white
  2. Prepare 150 gr icing sugar
  3. Get 150 gr white sugar
  4. Take 250 ml whipped cream
  5. Make ready 1 casket of strawberries

With mixer running, add sugar in three additions, beating until meringue is stiff and glossy. Sprinkle in cornstarch, vinegar, and vanilla; gently fold to combine. Instructions to make Pavlova:
  1. The important thing is to have the same amount of ingredients. Measure the egg white weight and adjust the other ingredients accordingly. Mix the two sugars together
  2. Start whisking the eggs. When they start to solidify, start adding the sugar little by little. Keep whisking until all the sugar has been added and it has the consistency of shaving cream. Add the mixture to a sac à poche and squeeze it giving it the shape of a nest (taller sides)
  3. Cook it in a preheated oven at 115°C for 75 minutes. Once done, leave it on the side for 30 minutes
  4. When you are ready to serve, whip the cream and pour it in the centre of the meringue. Then top with the strawberries

I adapted it from one made with only kiwi fruit. My family prefers this kiwi/strawberry combination.
