  13. Get Mustard seeds (1/2 tsp)
  14. Make ready Cumin seeds (1/2 tsp)

Uncover and add in the peas, turmeric, smoked paprika, coriander, salt, pepper and saute a couple more minutes. Instructions to make Potato stuffed Puff Pastry ☺:
  1. Boil potatoes.
  2. Peel them off.
  3. Mash them. And set aside.
  4. In a big bowl. Add plainflour and salt mix well.
  5. Add oil and mix well until crumbly.
  6. Add water to make soft dough. Then cover it for 20 minutes.
  7. In a pot add some oil add saute onions.
  8. Then add mashed potatoes.
  9. Spices.
  10. Mix and cook well for 2 minutes and transfer on plate.
  11. Take out the dough with some plain flour make a big circular shape.
  12. Roll it on the board like this.
  13. Make 10 pieces with knife.
  14. Make their soft dough.
  15. One by one straighten it with rolling pin.
  16. Add potato mixture.
  17. Fold it from top.
  18. Fold it from bottom.
  19. Fold from both sides.
  20. And shape it circular and set aside.
  21. Transfer all the potato stuffed dough on a plate.
  22. Heat oil in a wok.
  23. Flatten them smoothly.
  24. Cook one by one on low flame.
  25. When done. Serve hot with tea or a dessert. Enjoy.
