Hey everyone, it’s Brad, welcome to my recipe page. Today, we’re going to prepare a distinctive dish, veg puff pastry. One of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I will make it a little bit unique. This will be really delicious.

  1. Get 3 cups maida
  2. Make ready 1 tsp salt
  3. Take 2 tbsp butter for dough
  4. Get 400 gm butter for filling n getting layers for puff pastry
  5. Take 3 Potatoes,
  6. Take 2 onions
  7. Get as per taste chilli powder n salt

Instructions to make Veg Puff Pastry:
  1. Take maida, butter n mix then add little water n make dough. Knead n make soft dough cover n keep for 15mn
  2. Grate 400gm butter and add 1/4 cup maida mix well cover and keep in fridge for 15min. Remove the dough from fridge and knead and press and flatten gently..roll into thin as 1/2 cm thickness. Place the butter mixture in middle and fold on 4 sides and make it square shape. Keep in fridge for 15 min. Then after 15 minutes take out and roll again pressing lightly. Again fold on four sides. Repeat for 6 times. This method will give nice crunchy layers to puff pastry.
  3. When you keep in fridge always cover it. Finally remove from fridge,roll and cut into long strips then cut in rectangular shape with help of pizza cutter
  4. Make aloo n onion curry n keep a spoon full of curry on one side and fold other side. Fill all pastries
  5. Preheat oven at 220degrees and bake for 25min or til it turns golden. I kept 15min bake mode and another 10min in convection mode to get the colour.
  6. Once done remove from oven let it cool n serve..
