  1. Mix warm milk,yeast, sugar,butter and oil until they dissolve.
  2. Add flour gradually and mix untill you get a soft dough…you may need more or less flour
  3. Make a ball shape, add some oil on its surface, cover with cling film and leave for an hour to rise.
  4. Prepare the sauce. In a pan put some oil, add tomato juice, tomato puree,garlic powder, salt,pepper and oregano.Then, simmer untill it is thickened.
  5. Spread the dough on greaseproof paper in the oven tray. Divide the pizza into 4 parts cautiously without cutting it. Add the sauce,vegetables and finally mozzarella and cheddar cheese.Then bake.
  6. Bake at 220 c for 10-15 minutes
