- First we can prepare sugar syrup by boiling 4tsp of sugar and water till it combine well.
- Cool syrup and keep aside.To prepare serving glass coat the glass top first with lemon juice and then in powdered sugar.
- Peel off kiwi and cut into small pieces.Crush/mudle this with pudina leaves.
- Add kiwi crush to serving glass.Add sugar syrup as required.I added tsp syrup.Also add black salt.
- Add lemon Juice and crushed ice above it.Then add soda.Serve kiwi mocktail garnishing with kiwi slice and pudina leaves.
