  4. Spear the in a circular shape on a baking tray, brush some milk over the top, sprinkle the sesame seeds and add some grated cheddar cheese if you like
  5. Put in a preheated oven at 200c for 10min until you get a golden brown top
  6. The first time I made it, the taste of zaatar was too strong because I added the thyme leaves as they were, but this time I used just a handful of the leaves and crushed them before adding them to the dough and the taste was just perfect πŸ‘ŒπŸ»
