Hello everybody, it’s John, welcome to our recipe site. Today, we’re going to prepare a distinctive dish, ramen. One of my favorites food recipes. This time, I’m gonna make it a little bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Ramen is one of the most favored of current trending meals in the world. It is simple, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. It’s appreciated by millions daily. They’re fine and they look fantastic. Ramen is something that I have loved my entire life.

The ingredients needed to make Ramen:
  1. Get Prep time 15 mnts
  2. Prepare Cook time 10 mnts
  3. Prepare Total time 25 mnts
  4. Get sesame oil
  5. Get sriracha sauce
  6. Prepare red chilli flakes
  7. Get small onion diced
  8. Prepare tomato diced
  9. Prepare ginger grated
  10. Make ready garlic grated
  11. Take salt
  12. Take water
  13. Prepare chicken stock
  14. Get soy sauce
  15. Get vinegar
  16. Make ready instant noodles (knorr or maggi)
  17. Get spring onions finely chopped
  18. Take soft boiled eggs
  19. Take Coriander for garnish
  20. Make ready Sesame seeds for garnish
  21. Get Shredded chicken
  22. Prepare Lemon wedges
  23. Prepare Carrots
Instructions to make Ramen:
  1. Measure all ingredients and keep aside.
  2. Add sriracha sauce and sesame oil in a pot an let it bubble, add the onions and tomatoes and cook for approx. 3 mnts while stirring occasionally. Add ginger garlic and cook for 2 more minutes until soft. Now add water and bring it to a boil. Transfer this into a blender and blend into a smooth mixture. Return it to the pot and add the chicken stock and let it simmer until it boils. Now add soy sauce and vinegar and cook for 5 to 10 more minutes on low heat.
  3. Now put in the noodles and cook for 2 more minutes. You do not want the noodles to over cook or become soggy. Now for plating, in a large bowl, pour in some stock, then the noodles and top it off with shredded chicken, carrots, lemon, spring onions, coriander. egg and anything else that you would like to top it up with. Sprinkle some sesame seeds lastly and enjoy it hot.
