Hello everybody, it’s me, Dave, welcome to my recipe page. Today, I will show you a way to make a special dish, french toast. It is one of my favorites. For mine, I am going to make it a bit unique. This will be really delicious.

French Toast is one of the most favored of recent trending foods in the world. It’s easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. It is appreciated by millions daily. They are nice and they look wonderful. French Toast is something which I have loved my entire life.

Dunk each slice of bread in egg mixture, soaking both sides. Place in pan, and cook on both sides until golden. A French toast recipe without the milk for those who like a more solid French toast. My son's friends liked this recipe and would ask for the recipe to take home for their moms to make.

  1. Prepare 4 eggs
  2. Prepare 1 cup milk
  3. Make ready 2 teaspoons vanilla

  5. Get 1/4 teaspoon salt
  6. Prepare 1/2 stick butter
  7. Prepare Loaf Texas toast
  8. Prepare 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Dip bread in egg mixture and lay in butter. (not you-the bread!). French toast is very easy: Soak thick slices of bread in an egg and milk batter, then fry them to crisp up the outside and cook the egg custard center.

Steps to make French Toast:
  1. Heat up griddle to 350.
  2. In a shallow dish place your 4 eggs and beat with electric mixer
  3. Next add milk, vanilla, flour and salt and mix with electric mixer
  4. Next take the 1/2 stick butter and run it over entire griddle. Then take your bread and dip it in the egg mixture making sure you dip both sides. (You’ll want to make sure you have your bread out and ready to go because you don’t want the butter to get too hot and burn on the griddle)
  5. Flip Bread and brown on both sides. Doesn’t take long. Maybe 3 minutes each side. Repeat with remaining bread. I can usually get 12 pieces of bread out of the egg mixture.
  6. Serve with warm syrup. This is my favorite syrup because I can heat right in the bottle. You can sprinkle with powered sugar if you’d like. I don’t on mine because it’s sweet enough without it. ENJOY!!
