- Note you can use beef base if you don't have liquid smoke
Didn't use any liquid smoke because I don't have any. A tangy BBQ sauce that can be used for just about anything from sandwiches to french fries. I added no sugar the ketchup was sweet enough and I cannot stand sweet bbq sauce plus I can't have all that sugar anyway.
