  2. Make ready 1 cup maida/All-purpose flour

  7. Prepare 1/3 cup cabbage chopped
  8. Prepare 1/2 cup onion chopped
  9. Prepare 1/4 cup capsicum chopped

  11. Prepare 1 inch ginger
  12. Take 1 green chilli
  13. Make ready 1 tsp soya sauce
  14. Get 1 tsp black pepper powder
  15. Take 1 tbsp schezwan sauce
  16. Make ready 1 tbsp oil
  17. Prepare to taste Salt
  18. Make ready Chutney
  19. Get 5 dried red chilli
  20. Take 1 tomato
  21. Take 4 garlic clove
  22. Prepare to taste Salt
  23. Prepare Garlic sauce
  24. Prepare 1 egg white
  25. Take 2 garlic cloves
  26. Make ready 1/2 cup Oil
  27. Make ready to taste Salt

They should be partially translucent when they're done cooking. Chicken Dumplings are best served immediately, like right out of the steamer. However, you can store uncooked sealed dumpling wrappers by freezing them in a tray and then storing them in a box. Instructions to make Chicken Momos or dumplings:
  1. For dough, take the maida and add salt to taste. Add water bit by bit and simultaneously knead the dough. After reaching little sticky consistency, stop adding water and start kneading the dough. Make a ball and keep aside for 30 minutes
  2. In hot pan, add the chopped onions, ginger galic paste, green chilli and saute until golden brown.
  3. Add the cabbage, soya sauce, szechwan sauce, pepper powder and salt to taste. Saute well for 2 minutes and switch it off.
  4. Add these things to mashed chicken along with salt to taste and mix well.
  5. Now make small round roti from the dough, start filling it with the filling and close it as in the pic. S
  6. After completing, keep the raw momos in steam for 10 minutes in high flame
  7. For chutney, boil the red chilli and tomato in water. Put those in mixer along with the garlic. Grind it. Add salt to taste. If needed, add some Szechwan sauce
  8. For garlic sauce, grind garlic clove. To this add the egg white and again grind. Add salt to taste. Then add 1tsp oil and grind. Continue the last step of adding oil and grinding again and again untill the sauce reaches desired thickness.
  9. Momos is ready
