  7. Toss in the pasta to the mix until coated. Serve with lots of black pepper and the remaining bottle of Pinot!

This Chicken and Red Pepper Pasta is great for when you're craving carbs, but you're trying. Next, generously season chicken with salt and pepper and set aside. Slice chicken and then add to pasta. If you prefer, use medium egg noodles in this dish or substitute the chicken with turkey breast or pork fillet. Heat the remaining oil in the empty frying pan and add the peppers and mushrooms.
