  19. Get 1/2 tesp dried oregano leaves
  20. Prepare 1 tesp soya sauce
  21. Prepare Few leaves chopped coriander
  22. Make ready Raita

Chicken tikka masala is a dish of chunks of roasted marinated chicken (chicken tikka) in a spiced curry. The curry is usually creamy and orange-coloured. And the chicken is perfectly tender with the creamiest, most flavor-packed Two. I had no one to share this chicken tikka masala with!

  9. When oil appears in the pan and chicken is tender then place all cooked chicken pieces in one same pan.
  10. Heat up coal to burnt then put in the chicken pieces pan, pour some oil on the coal, smoke appears.
  11. Cover the pan immediately for 15 minutes. After the time discard the piece of Coal. Chicken tikka masala is ready.
  12. Now prepare the Potato wedges. For this heat up grill pan and brush oil in it. Cut potatoes in thick3 wedges then place them on the grill pan.
  13. After few minutes change the side of wedges. When the wedges cooked then pour soya sauce and oregano leaves. Mix and it's ready.
  14. Tasty chicken Masala Tikka and grilled potato wedges are ready. Sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves on the Potato wedges and serve them with Naan and Raita. πŸ˜‹
