  1. Take Chicken
  2. Get 1 Spoon Olive oil
  3. Get Crushed Ginger, garlic with Dhania
  4. Prepare 6 large chopped UTD potatoes

  6. Prepare 2 large eggplants
  7. Make ready Curry: Curry seeds, mother in law curry powder, curry paste
  8. Prepare Spices: Zeal, butter chicken spice and salt and pepper

In a separate bowl mix all of the spices and curry powder Set the mixed chicken aside to sit for a while while you make the Roti. Take a little more than half a stick of room temperature butter and add it to the flour and water mixture.   5. Add all spices left over and close lid so that the meat, veggies and spices and curry together. Allow to slow cook in med heat until all ingredients are cooked thoroughly.
  6. Serve with Roti. Enjoy!
