1. In a small pan, melt the sugar for caramel sauce. Cook on medium heat till sugar dissolves, then starts to boil. After a couple of minutes, the sugar will bubble up and begin to darken. When it is a deep golden color the caramel is ready. Remove it from heat and pour it in a bowl or cake pan (i used icecream roba😂)
2. Put ur bread and blend to get a fresh breadcrumbs add in ur egg and warm milk blend it till smooth..
3. Pour the batter in the caramel bowl/pan add in ur cinnamon stick and steam it for like 25mins
4. Take the bowl/pan out and cool slightly. Run a knife along the edges of the pudding and invert onto a serving plate. Slice and serve immediately or refrigerate and serve chilled.
